The fourth day of the PokerStars.net European Tour Berlin was really considered to be an unusual day for the poker world. With the return of the usual poker life after that day four event, Kevin MacPhee was given his first EPT Title. The day was started by MacPhee with a lead however he still needed to fight against the field with 945 other poker players with the final table against international rising stars in order to secure his winnings.

MacPhee is only at the age of 29 and came from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho was one card away from the elimination but he managed to stay in the game. From that point, he dominated the tournament ending the third day with the most number of chips. It was the very position MacPhee never wish to give up. He continued his reign to the final table showing off his skills to defeat a tough heads-up match with Finnish pro Ilari Tahkokallio.

For two hours at the final table, the action was non-stop. After one week of finishing third place in the PokerStars Sunday Million, Nico Behling again found himself playing at the final table. The German pro was at second place last year in the EPT Warsaw.
